Yes! We offer discounts when purchasing an older article or multiple plaques. Our team will work with you to provide a rate that fits your budget and meets your needs. Contact us to discuss your order and available discount options. 

Once payment is received, our standard lead time for production and shipping is 7 to 10 days. This covers the time to craft your custom plaque and deliver it directly to your doorstep.  

Absolutely! Before finalizing your order, our sales team will provide you with a digital mock-up of your plaque for your approval. This ensures everything looks perfect before we proceed with production.  

Each plaque is custom-sized, often based on the dimensions of the article being featured. Our smallest plaque is 12" x 17", and the largest is 22" x 40". However, we offer custom dimensions for every order to ensure the perfect fit for your needs.

We will do our best to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may return the plaque to us at your expense.
