Top NewsBee Return Policy
At Top NewsBee, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your plaque, we offer the following return policy:
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Broken Plaque: If your plaque arrives damaged or broken, we will remake it free of charge.
- Incorrect Plaque: If you receive a plaque that is not the one you ordered, we will provide you with a return shipping label to send it back. In certain cases, we may ask you to discard the plaque depending on your location.
- Refund Requests: If you wish to return the plaque for any reason other than damage or receiving an incorrect item, you are eligible for a refund only if:
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery,
- The plaque was purchased at full price (discounted plaques are excluded from “no reason” return eligibility),
- You cover the cost of return shipping.
Note: Plaques purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for return for reasons unrelated to damage or quality issues. If your discounted plaque arrives damaged or incorrect, we will still remake or correct it at no extra cost.
2. Refund or Replacement Process
- Cancellation and Refund Requests Before Shipment: Refunds requested prior to shipment are not automatically guaranteed. If you approved your plaque preview with a sales representative and completed the checkout process, and the plaque is in any stage of production, you are not eligible for a refund as each plaque is custom-made. Cancellations after approval and agreement to our terms and conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.
- Promo Codes: Promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Failure to use a valid promo code at purchase does not qualify you for a retroactive discount or partial refund. In some cases, we may offer the discount on a future order, but this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Orders placed using unauthorized promo codes will be canceled.
- Notification Timeframe: To initiate a return or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. A photo of the damage or error must be provided via email or text. You can reach us at:
- Return for Damage or Incorrect Plaque: If your plaque is damaged or broken, we will remake it at no extra cost. If you received the wrong plaque, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once the incorrect plaque is received, we will send you the correct one free of charge.
- Refunds for Other Reasons: If you are returning a plaque for any reason other than damage or error:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- The plaque must have been purchased at full price.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- Once notice is given, the plaque must be received by us within 30 days.
- A full refund will be issued upon receipt if the plaque is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- Plaques returned damaged due to improper handling or care will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping
- Damaged or Incorrect Plaques: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Non-Damaged, Full-Price Plaques: You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Discounted Plaques: Not eligible for return for discretionary reasons; damage-related claims will still be covered.
4. Refund Issuance
Once we receive the returned plaque and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Please ensure the plaque is returned in the same condition shown in the photos you submitted to Top NewsBee. Plaques that are damaged due to improper handling or care during return transit will not be eligible for a refund.
