1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of products from Top Newsbee ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, checking the terms box at checkout, or approving a proof, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & proofs

Every plaque is made to order. After payment, we send a digital proof showing the artwork, layout and engraving text. Production does not begin until the proof is approved, either by your reply or automatically after three (3) days, as described in our Return & Proof Approval Policy.

Because each item is custom-manufactured, orders cannot be cancelled once a proof has been approved and production has begun.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted per order and depend on the length of your feature and the material you select. Prices shown on this website are current at the time of publication and may change without notice; the price quoted on your order is the price that applies.

Payment is due in full before production. Shipping is quoted separately. Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.

4. Production & shipping

Standard production and shipping is 7–10 days from the date payment is received and the proof is approved. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes on delivery; damage in transit is covered under our return policy when reported within seven (7) days.

5. Customer content & rights

You supply the article, images, award details and engraving text for your plaque ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content you represent and warrant that:

• You are the subject of the feature, or you otherwise have the right to have it reproduced on a commemorative product;
• Reproducing it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy right of any third party; and
• You authorize Top Newsbee to reproduce, resize and lay out that content solely to manufacture your order.

We produce plaques at your direction. You agree to indemnify and hold Top Newsbee harmless from any claim arising out of Customer Content you supplied or approved.

We may photograph finished plaques for our portfolio, website and marketing. Tell us at the time of ordering if you'd prefer we didn't, and we won't.

6. Independence

Top Newsbee is a commemorative plaque manufacturer. Except where a partnership or licence with a specific publication or award program is expressly stated, Top Newsbee is independent of the publications, magazines, newspapers, award programs and media organizations whose features appear on its products, and does not sell on their behalf.

Where such a partnership does exist, it will be identified at the time of sale. Publication names, award titles, trademarks and article content remain the property of their respective owners and appear on a plaque only at the customer's direction.

7. Returns & guarantee

Claims must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Manufacturer errors and damage in transit are repaired, replaced or remade at no cost. Full details, including discretionary returns, are in our Return & Proof Approval Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Newsbee's total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed events.

9. Our intellectual property

The Top Newsbee name, logo, site design, product photography and written content are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
